I am Jeff Walker, former owner of Burton Meat Market in Duncan, OK. I have been a meat cutter for 43 years and have recently decided to leave the retail side of cutting meat to go strictly deer and wild game processing. I have 10 children. They are my workforce and are well trained. Here at Mud Creek, we are definitely family oriented and we care about our clients. 

• We specialize in summer sausage. We can do original, jalapeno with or without cheddar or pepper jack cheese.
• We also do tenderized cubed steak for pan frying, bacon wrapped backstrap / tenderloin, grilling sausages in natural casings, and jerky meat raw or fully cooked.
• All cuts are vacuum packaged for fresher meat with a longer freezer life. 

 With My experience, I am able to get a greater yield of meat from your deer and wild game. We will definitely give you the most "bang" for your "buck" or "doe".
